Wrote coding and design guidelines and implemented a software development pipeline and CRM system for customer support. Mr. Golabek was a process-oriented manager, overseeing the work of three groups: the applications development group, the A.I. and research and development group, and the implementation and support group. He also served as AIM’s Chief Privacy Officer. Mr. Golabek was also responsible for drafting software licenses, legal agreements, employment contracts, negotiating and closing business deals, developing, and implementing company policies and procedures, preparing marketing copy, delivering customer presentations, and presenting the company’s values and vision at industry conferences and trade shows.
